Rejection Experience

Do you wish we could just press a delete button after rejection experience, or do you learn from it? How can you learn from the experience without feedback? Do you need to learn from heartaches/headaches? Or, is it enough to just understand that it's usually not personal and that an artist/writer with a unique point of view might not appeal to an organizer/curator/publisher that already has an idea of what s/he is looking for. Who produces culture anyway?
